Refund Policy

In short: if MD Reader isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying it on Gumroad and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no interrogation.
1. Purchases on Gumroad
- Email founder@happie.in within 14 days of purchase with the email address or order number you used. A reason helps us improve but isn't required.
- We'll issue a full refund through Gumroad, usually within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
- After a refund, the license key is deactivated and you should uninstall the App.
- After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We'll always refund if the App doesn't work on a supported version of Windows and we can't fix it.
2. Purchases on the Microsoft Store
Microsoft processes Store payments, so we can't issue Store refunds ourselves. Request one from your Microsoft account order history, following Microsoft's refund instructions. Microsoft decides eligibility under its Terms of Sale, and digital apps often aren't refundable there unless the law where you live says otherwise. If you want our no-questions 14-day guarantee, buy on Gumroad. If you have trouble with a Store purchase, email us and we'll help where we can.
3. Duplicate or accidental purchases
Bought twice by mistake? We'll refund the duplicate at any time.
4. Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't reduce, any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
